During all conversations with Charlotte during the initial placement search, she was incredibly helpful in helping to find a solution for the YP I was searching for a placement for. I initially enquired for some particular carers to be explored, but due to this not being a suitable option she put forward another carer that she felt would be a good match - which it was!
During all communication with both Charlotte and Christian, responses were very quick and always very helpful, ensuring I had all information that was needed.
Both people that I was communicating with during the placement search were incredibly efficient, helpful and could tell they were very child focused, ensuring that we worked collaboratively to ensure the best outcome for the YP.
