How was your experience of the interaction with the foster carer?
LC has been a good support to the children: supporting them to settle in her care, considering their individual needs, promoting activities, supporting family contact, providing transport and offering emotional support.
LC has shown resilience to manage numerous issues raised by the birth parents.
LC has been warm, friendly and engaged well in all meetings. I have observed her to be child centred - for example, arranging a birthday celebration for YNL, inviting friends over for cake and a celebration tea.
