The majority of my interactions have been with Charlotte who has been a breath of fresh air to work with. She has been available for assistance with visits and clearly has a great relationship with her foster carers. She has come up with creative ideas to help our young person in her placement and has been practically helpful with tasks such as collecting her belongings from her previous career.
She has also been thinking long term about L's permanence and already has ideas about some carers she thinks L could be introduced to for when it is a good time to think about moving on. She and the foster carer are assets to L's network and both are a pleasure to work with.
