How was your experience of the interaction with the foster carer?
Our experience of working with the foster carer was extremely positive. They were thoughtful, warm, and welcoming, and highly accommodating during what was a complex transition. They went above and beyond to support the process and worked very effectively with other professionals.

The foster carer's strengths include their child-centred approach and their ability to be warm, welcoming, and thoughtful about the child's needs. They worked exceptionally well with professionals and demonstrated a high level of flexibility, which helped to make a difficult and complex transition significantly smoother.
How was your experience of the interaction with the SSW?
Our experience of the SSW's involvement was very positive. It was clear that the foster carer and Kim had a strong and supportive professional relationship, which was evident throughout the transition process. Kim was consistently helpful, attended meetings, and made herself available for more complex discussions. Her involvement provided great support throughout the transition.

Based on our experience of working with Kim and the wider process, we were not aware of any areas within the adoption transition that required improvement.
